Is it weird to see and old car of yours on the road?

Lizzie...yer in luck...have we got the perfect bloke for you...a tad spindly...on the young side...but has potential...his ideal woman owns a HC..or RE..doesn't eat much..willing to work long hours...a touch of acne..that I'm sure will clear up as he gets through this whole puberty thing...should I book his flight to the UK....please advise

I mean @T_Trahan44 is like into dog collars and leashes and you said he’s dating his cousin. Then he said his body feels as old as yours. He’s driving a v-6 sxt that supposedly goes 160 Kilometers an hour or something. I mean I’m just trying to protect the bird.

I've had some encounters with cars I sold/traded over the years.

A T-bird I sold to a buddy (we were both in MI @ the time). He moved to Boston, then LA. Was strange visiting him & being the passenger in my old car !

Had a dealer call me years after selling my Daytona Turbo before moving to FL. Someone after me had turned the ODO back & they were trying to figure out who dun-it - sucked to learn that it had ended up in the hands of a crook & probably abused

Traded my 1st Q45 on a new one and 2 weeks later there was a knock @ the door. I look out to see my old car in the driveway
Almost didn't open the door thinking the guy was going to bitch about something. Turn out he lived a few blocks away & when he was looking @ the service history on the SA's pc he saw my address & recognized the street name. It was cool & I gave him the whole history of the car.
I would see it from time to time driving thru the 'hood till we moved.

2nd Q45 went to a co-worker in NC. Never saw it again, but he would mention it from time to time and how much he was enjoying it.
