I have been running m/t street r's......but the track's I go to done prep very well and they are so many guys running regular street tires it get even worse. I thinking about the dbr slicks but I used the et. street and they get wobbly on the big end. I do a lot of gamblers race or may as well say brackets. Will the dbr's be slower mph? when the track is prepped good I cut 1.4's but if not it's all over the board. Any help? or just stay with the street r's? I have searched but can't fine anything definite on the dbr's

they hook, they hook god on poorly prepped surfaces

however don't think they are a traditional radial, they are so weak in the sidewall you might as well call them a slick...

on mine the car would start acting like a slick and not track right with the S/R in front

The arms will help with either tire. I have not used those tires so I can't say if they are better or not

I agree I think I'm gonna get the aad drag pack and install it anyway it cant do anything but help. I live in a little south carolina country town so getting it set with the correct toe end and camber will a little problem that's the only reason I haven't already installed it...lol

It is actually not that bad if you have a shop you know. I started with the +4 in the arms and took it in. After getting the numbers I installed the correct tabs and went back and it was right where I needed it to be. I believe I have a write up on it. I didn't install the toe arms since the factory toe arms are adjustable

Thanks I'm gonna save this for sure...yes sir I have been looking at speedy's video also...the install dont bother me much it's just getting it dialed in.But what you sent will sure help much appreciated!!!!
Do one side at a time like the video I have in the write up. It was pretty easy. Dropping the cradle or even loosening all 4 bolts at one will turn it to a mess

Is the DBR just a marketing name, or is there some class that uses this tire only?

Hoosier DBR are kinda new it's a radial slick and with that hopefully more consistent for bracket's or gamblers races

you know since you mentioned that there should be a way to measure from some fixed point under the car to let you know it's square or not! the cradle I mean. One of my grandson's has a systemic on his mustang and he can get under it and measure specific point to find if anything is out of alignment.

I've run them on my car as well. they hook ok ish on lower prepped surfaces. the MT pro bracket radial was better than them. For decent or radial prep you want to be on an MT R or MT radial Pro.
