That's definitely a possibility. The images above LOOK to be post installation, but I suppose they could still be in pre-tightened status. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to give 'em a glance after it's all buttoned up regardless. I'd imagine losing clamping force at speed would be somewhat messy.
In the pictures above, I see lock nuts being used WITHOUT seeing any threads protruding through them which negates the locking effect. Are fasteners supplied or is the installer required to source those items? If those are suppled, someone needs to wake up their engineering dept.
Just FYI, When I put my 2020 REWB factory Rear Seat Delete car up for sale last November, it only lasted a week and a half before a new owner drove off in it. Had 10 inquiries on it in that week and a half and around half of them stated that they were looking for a RSD car.

This echoes my experience. My '16 HC pulled much harder from 60mph onward than my REWB with 3.09s. The car is gone now, but if I was going to keep it I planned a 2.62 swap.
