I have the Magnaflow 4 inch round mufflers in the mid position on my DD SC'd 18 R/T. exhaust is otherwise factory .. 2.75 pipe with factory tubular exhaust manifolds from my Scat.. so exactly like a 6.4/6.2 car.. idle is a deep tone and according to my neighbors sounds really good....I think...

I dunno, seems more likely the 10 rib belt broke and the 6 rib was used to drive it home. can't see a 6 rib holding well enough for the boost needed to trap 150
it's safer to boost a stock 5.7 than a stock 6.4 .( to a point obviously ) the stock pistons are the same material but the ring pack on the 6.4 is higher on the piston leaving a thinner crown that won't accept much heat before failure. I have a stock 5.7 and a piston/rod 6.4 that are both on...
I've used charcoal lighter fluid for decades. soak a rag to where it's dripping. dab the area getting it wet and rub lightly. the rubber will almost fall off. or pour fluid on your fingers and work it around letting fluid to the work. won't harm paint and the fluid evaporates leaving no residue.
