Wonder what the cyber truck price is. Tesla has serious challenges in the upcoming years as the major auto manufacturers bring electric to the showroom floors. And the EPA payments from other manufacturers will get smaller as the others adapt to electric. No wonder Musk built a massive battery factory being that may be his last hope and or selling everything including Tesla wouldn’t surprise me. He will beep space X but the Tesla side I see going away.

That range rating though.... I assume that's with easy driving just like mpg. Also not counting being loaded down or towing.
  • With extended battery: 563 horsepower, 775 lb-ft of torque, and a driving range of about 300 miles on a single charge.
  • With standard battery: 426 hp, 775 lb-ft, and a range of about 230 miles.

I was hoping for a 1000hp Lightning as the top of the line and then stupid letters for the lesser ones
EL and ELT and EX4 etc

Its cool. Wonder how much it weighs. Seeing the Hummer EV comes in at over 9000lbs!!

The Platinum will be close to 100k and first year out wont be the Big Bang but down the road I could see the performance one being available.

I've owned a lot of Nissan products (sedans, trucks, sports cars) over the years and a number of Ferd's. Never had any issues with my Nissans, kept many till 150K miles.

Have dumped all the Ferds with relatively low miles - all with major & maddening defects that neither Ferd or their dealers seem able to repair.
My latest Ferd turd was the '16 Roush Mustang that was defective (& irreparable) from the moment they shit it out the ass end of the plant.
Thank God for the FL Lemon Law, tho it did take me 9 months to flush that giant turd out of my life.

And if you really want a eyeful of ugly, take a hard look at the new e-stang - I'll be standing by with a jug of bleach to wash out your eyes after ;)

Know what... that 40k price plus incentives (need to find out exactly what.they are) may make this worth picking up as a company truck. That would be a great way of experimenting w it wo much risk

I've had nothing but good ford and ram pickups, had many, and still have ford company trucks, great pickups.
Now chevy trucks, those are junk, they should be sold with a ford or ram tow truck to haul it around.
