Wonder what they do with them when they come back, they've been beat on pretty hard !
They get a complete FCA safety inspection and demod back to factory specifications. Then FCA will auction them off in 12 different sectors of the country. Each car will have less than 8k on the clock.
After spending sometime with the technicians after class, I’ll bet these cars are better maintained then most cars owned here. I’d buy one if I could get my hands on it.

Hey thanks for the renewed discussion on this, I just got around to reading up on everything and submitted my VIN for approval, hope they clear me for a SRT track experience! Anyone else trying to go later this year? I haven't selected a date yet but maybe Friday July 30?

You must work directly with a Radford representative to schedule your class. If you'd like to pay for a driving guest, you'll do that with them during the scheduling process. My Redeye was #9. I was the first student to drive #9 after it's break-in period.
Just got back from a 3 day class at Bondurant/Radford - they were in middle of the name change while we were out there. Quickly changing the branding around the campus, including wrapping the cats. Overall I'd say the mood of everyone was very positive - extremely fun class and learned a lot about what my car can handle. Cars and track were both in great shape. My wife was driving #9 as well, she apparently had the throttle down more than me, as she ran it out of gas on the open track time. Mine was down to fumes, had to drive out and pick her up.

Cool that your wife participated! Glad you guys had a great time.... though I'm kind of at a loss as to how they allowed cars to run out of gas. Not very good from a CR perspective and not ideal for the cars either.

It was full at the start of the day, and they check the cars at lunchtime - general safety checks, tires, etc. Probably had around 3/4 of a tank then. After a few hours of running hot and fast in the afternoon with no breaks, not surprised the redeyes sucked what was left in the tanks. She ran it dry about 2-3 mins before the day was ending, mine was on fumes.

I add 5 gallons to mine every session at a track day. I can't imagine it lasting all afternoon on a road course.
