I transferred my oil catch can from my 2019 SP to my 2021 Hellcat. So far in 4249 miles it has accumulated between 3/8 and 1/2 inch of oil. a mere pittance. The 392 collected considerably more.

Probably due to the baffling in the HC valve covers which were designed to catch oil vapors.

Keep in mind, what little oil it does collect is the worst, most acidic oil vapor, so it's still worthwhile.

Mine was collecting a lot a water in the cold temps with e85 this year. I pulled mine last weekend and it had a little oil in it but no water since it had warmed up

My CC gets about 1 teaspoon at my 6-month interval oil changes, which is about 1k miles. More miles would obviously be a little more.
Not much but still worth it to me.

There seems to be a measurable difference between the output of the pcv valves of the SP and HC. Anyone have a theory explaining why?

If you mean oil vapor output, see post #3.

Since my last oil change, 2454miles, most of which was the 2300 miles driving at mostly the speed limit on the highway, was 12ml (~.42oz)

That's not bad, .42oz. less than a tablespoon at .50oz.

That’s not water, it’s condensed ethanol, the cold catch can condense’s it out of the vapor stream, that’s why now that’s it’s warm out it’s gone. pour it into something next time and hit it with a match, burns clear so be careful!!

What the hell am I doing wrong, do I need to up my game, if I push down harder my foot will go through the floor pan, do I need compound boost w/ twin turbo and blower to get same quantity oil in catch can LOL. On a serious note. Any input on the wide variances in fluid ounce, or ML quantities.
@16GoManGoHC2 ??? Thoughts.

They all aren't created equal for one thing.

Mounting location counts (cooler is better)

Even individual motors are going to be different as well.

I want to move mine to right behind the passenger headlight, away from the block.

I would think it would be determined by delta P. Differential pressure drop for condensate oil to drop out and collect. More boost and or more blow by with vacuum pulling on negative side of catch can would result in more collection
