...and made the cats a home in the corner (took their chairs they were sleeping on out)
You must have some sturdy chairs. Our 'Cats sleep on a concrete floor.
A heated floor, but still.

Went to go let the new pup outside this morning around 5:30. As soon as we walked down the porch a coyote chasing something went flying by. You could hear a few other coyotes howling not to far away. I put the dog back inside grabbed the shotgun but all they all were gone by the time I got the gun.

Turned out really nice yesterday and today. In the 70's both days.

Allergy season is quickly approaching as the wilderness starts to bloom......

I just re-watched it (I MAY have fallen asleep the first time (again))...

Remembering that they are experts at overselling the smallest thing, those two pieces of wood found at depth are some of the most interesting things they've found for several episodes. I'm pretty sure there is at least one more, maybe two more episodes this season.

I don't remember if they said next week was it or the week after...but it won't be long. Of course....they'll have those "Digging Deeper" episodes after that....just to keep you reeled in. I've gotten to the point that I don't watch those anymore.

I'm hoping it doesn't get that warm and muggy that quickly here. I'd like to have somewhat of a spring before I have to crank up the a/c. Unfortunately, once the pollen gets bad, I'll close up the house and turn on the a/c cuz pollen allergies kick my ass.

Warm and muggy? You mean like over 65 and 20%?

We've had the a/c on in the bedroom upstairs (down to 65) for about a week now

With the low humidity you have there I'm surprised you had the air on.

Hot upstairs, about 75-78 after the day's sun. 'Can't sleep in that.

Single story house, and with lows in the 20s we can get the bedroom to our preferred 55 by keeping some windows cracked.
No wonder I like it here.
