Wondering if this is your only car. How much on gas weekly for moderate use?

Have no idea on gas. Didn't get it for gas mileage.
Pretty much a DD. When I don't, it's usually due to rain (would have to drive thru mud).
That being said, we get close to 6 feet of rain a year.
So my 19 that I have now had 1 year only has about 5100 miles.

Mine is not a DD, on the rare occasion that I've driven it in that fashion, I get 16-18mpg, on the rarer occasion that I've driven it in "road-trip" fashion, I get 20-22ish mpg, the dash will say 24-26mpg, but I've found that to not be actually true when checking at fillup.

My typical mpg ranges anywhere from 1.5mpg to 8mpg, if I'm being nice I sometimes get to 13mpg.

If you drive these cars like a commuter, they can actually get decent mileage, but ONE little blip into the fun meter and you're going to loose all of that, TWO little blips, THREE little blips... Then all of sudden you remember why you bought it and any economy is bye-bye...

Funny, my mpg numbers almost mimic bull's for my RE. I get 18/19 best on highway (but that's my dash reading so I hope it's not worse. Lol.) and all around average/around town 12-13 if you drive normal. The '09 6.1 SRT8 I have, even with the aftermarket Magnusson blower and aftermarket tune by AJ, would always get 20/21 highway mpg at a steady 60mph. And that was a fatti'sh tune and timing to keep pistons safe, so how fat must the Hellcats run? My car is also not a DD though.

2019 with 15K miles. Average so far is 18.3 mpg. As others have said, don’t buy it for the mileage, but, when daily driven, it’s not really that bad.

15K for a 2019, definitely is a DD. Good for you! (y) Enjoy it.

Every day. When I got to go in to work, average was ~21. 18 something now, but far less miles over the last month and a half than normal. Average 15-17k a year on my cars.

Daily driven Charger Hellcat since Jan 2018. Average is 17.9 mpg and I drive with gusto.....like all the time and I regularly take it out on some back roads for romps. That being said on a recent 3 hour drive during the COVID crisis w no traffic it got 23mpg on the highway when cruising over 100mph. So I think it's great mpg. Stock with an LMI.

Not sure I get this. If I drive mine every day, or once a month, shouldn't the mileage be about the same either way?
If anything I suspect that my mileage would improve a bit with daily use, as I probably wouldn't stomp on it as enthusiastically after a few weeks.

My guess is folks who drive it everyday have less pent up aggression towards the throttle vs someone who doesn't...thus better MPG figures for the daily.

I daily drive mine when it is not raining or wet conditions. The reason, drag radials are on the back on the car and really do not want to slide off of the road. lol

Couldn't be further than the truth for me 🤣🤣🤣.

I drive it like I stole it and when I drive it like that I get 7-8 mpg.

However I'll preface that by saying I drive 15 mile roundtrip to school and it's mostly 2 lane highway until you get inside the campus area.

Usually I accelerate decently hard (like 40-50% throttle) and then once I hit 10 over 50 and 15 over 55+ I go into cruise mode and drive it just like every other car out there.

I have seen as high as 25 mpg when I did the break in and had to keep it under 70 on the highways

Normal highway mpg on long trips is usually 20+ for me.

I DD but work from home so DD really just means School picks ups and drop offs... We average about 11 days out of the year with snow/ice here in STL so not too bad. Red Key only.. Weeks off the hwy im sit about 12-13mpg, though itll get up to 18-19 with some hwy travel.

It's like driving a pickup around, I get 15-16 mpg.

Highway only it is very easy to get over 20 mpg

I daily mine. Mix of city and interstate about 12k miles a year. Freeway I usually get 18-20 MPG (I can get 22 MPG if I try) and around 13 for city. Most of the time my average MPG is around 15 on the instrument cluster. I don't worry much about it and don't try to hyper-mile the thing. Always find a few opportunities to let out the power but mostly keep it restrained as I don't like the thought of jail time. As other responses have said, fuel mileage is about like driving a modern full size truck. Not that bad unless your going to drive it like you stole it. The cat is my only reliable car so it goes rain or shine. My other vehicle has no roof, can't be trusted to get you very far, is a chore to drive for long distances and gets 6 MPG no matter how you drive it (72 IH Scout). So it only goes to the beach or on short local drives in perfect weather.

Not now, but I have. Very personable car, easy to live with.

Lol MPG is absolutely garbage on these cars, hahaha! They charge us a gas guzzler tax man.

My advice, map out your cheap gas stations if you DD your car. I don't DD mine, drive it once or twice a week if the weather is nice. I think I get around 10 MPG.
