I was under the car re-torquing the P4D diff brace bolts and noticed the rubber isolator and heat resistant tape on the race brace had slipped out of position, pretty sure this is a common problem, should I just pull it off and don’t worry about it or take the brace off and try to re-install it?

Mine has moved a bit as well, but not that much. I’ll move it back when I put the car up for the winter. Per the instructions I have, they recommend safety wiring the pad in place, but still mine has moved. I wouldn't let it go metal to metal for fear of damaging the fins. Pls get back to us with your fix. Thanks.

Mine did that almost immediately when I installed it on my '21 REWB. IMO, if you actually race the car you'll have enough movement between the two that it'll never stay.
When I removed it to install on my current SS I only installed the rear brace.

Just got a text from performance development a few minutes ago, they are going to send me a new isolater pad and heat tape with some kind of wire to hold it on better.

Mine also came out. I wrapped it in heat blocker tape and it stayed in place. It transferred to much rear end noise so I just took it off

It transfers a bunch of diff noise in the Charger. I've never had a problem with it, knock on wood.

I guess that mine is still in or it fell out and it wasn't noticed. My guy goes through the car, checks and retorques everything. Never said anything or didn't notice?

I must be one tin-eared mofu. I don’t hear that, or the Barton shifter, good for me I guess!

I never put any of the extra rubber on mine either. I don’t hear anything over my ears ringing. It has been rock solid.

Received new isolator pad and heat tape with some lock wire to try and hold it in place from P4D. hope it works. Very pleased with the quick response from performance development.
