Performance Pages no longer available for model years 2015 - 2017

Hi,

Just got off the phone with Uconnect Access Customer Support. With Uconnect sunsetting 3G, all models years from 2015 through 2017 will no longer have access to the Performance Pages via the radio screen. Gauges can only be accessible through your dashboard only. Uconnect mobile app Send 'N' Go feature and remote features ( horn,lock/unlock , start) have been removed as well and is only available with their 4G wifi subscription.

2018 and above are not impacted. Just letting everyone know.

That's not entirely true. You don't need a subscription or 3G connection for the performance pages to work. Never had the service in my '17 and they work fine. It is true the connected parts won't work (remote start from phone, 911, sending maps, etc) without the 4G adapter. Some stuff like the 911 won't work even with the 4G adapter.

I think there's a feature of Performance Pages that allows you to upload timeslips and stuff. That part won't work, but the gauges/screens/timers themselves in the car shouldn't be affected.

I totally get what your saying, I am just relaying what they have told me over the phone. 4 different people at Uconnect Access have all the said the same thing.

I parked the car for about 30 days bad weather and started getting emails "Your Tmobile 4G adapter needs attention..." When I did the steps the email stated my adapter never updated and it appears to be bricked (completely dead). How much of my time on the phone with Uconnect will this require?

This is why I never registered my Uconnect. Mine's worked fine "off the network" as it were for performance pages etc. I'm a bit surprised there's not some warranty clause that requires them to update these to 4G for those that want them free of charge as well in the name of "safety" like the 911, road side assistance, etc.

Never registered mine or any of that. Same w the need to register to use the cable tv. F that, want to track what I watch, be up front, make it clear, pay me, and I'll still tell you to stuff it.

I believe the Demon was for 1 year if I remember correctly.

I thought that I was good and didn't have to worry, I never signed up for Uconnect service on my 2016 Hellcat. I have always had the performance pages until today. I can still access the modes, ie, street, track, custom etc. The SRT pages with the gauges, time slips, dyno etc. no longer work on the radio screen.

OK, never mind, they are back and working. WTF!
