When they were being manufactured at the Ford Wixom plant, I was by the Okemos Rd exit when five GT40’s exited onto Okemos Rd from I96 west. They then got back on I96 heading east back to Wixom. Quite the beautiful sight.

A friend of mine gave me a ride in his, really neat cars. Fictional prices, I know it's exotic materials and design. The V6 performs well but doesn't give off an exotic vibe.

Okay, thanks! I was getting worried. Yes, they are some excellent looking cars. But for something that was purchased at $750k two years ago and that was overpriced as much as much as those butt ugly new Raptor Broncos or whatever to now be sold for twice that much, they can keep it. We shall see where some of this goes if more crypto exchanges keep taking a lot of this fictional money out of peoples accounts. Maybe inflation is going to drop a lot more quick than anticipated?

None of my cars cost 6 figures...The Demon was the closest @ 99.6 with tax...I got this thing about payin 6 figures for a car..if either (or both) of the Z06 and the mysterious #7 materialize (got deposits on both)...well then it;s decision time...

I agree. I do want the Z06, if and when it can happen, I may need to make a painful decision. I did hear a real bad thing about mid-engine cars recently from the President of the local Vette club. The insurance industry! Apparently 1 out of 12 mid-engines are wrecked! Therefore it was seriously recommended to check with my insurance agent before making the potential purchase. Still $175,000 is a great deal less than $1,000,000 or more!!

Yep, same deal when my number is called by the dealer; MSRP. I am just guessing at the 175k right now, because it will be at least a year or two yet.
