Long time no see folks! I'm stationed over in Germany and I'm curious what the price trend is for used HellCats. The MOPAR scene here is pretty healthy however, with my car being in the US Military registration system, it makes things a bit more complicate and expensive to try and sell on the local market. Sure, I could sell to another American or Military member and I've tried but just not having any luck. My thoughts now are to send the car back to the US and have my brother sell it for me.

The car is a 2016 Challenger HellCat, 8spd, all stock/no tune, 20k miles. The car has been driven...on the track and in the rain...... I have some extras that I will probably sell separate if I go that route. It will cost me about $3k to ship it back in it's own container. If the actual trend you're seeing is KBB price or better, this makes sense to me, otherwise it only costs me $75 a month to store it in a garage over here until someone truly wants it.
Thanks in Advance!
Tom

Thank you for your service and reaching out to us State Side members. The HC values are at an all time used high and probably will get better as time goes on. The last year 2023 run for the Challenger HC will only make it more valuable. You will do well selling her here and get good money probably quickly as well. And worst case wait til spring of next year when the car performance market is more sought after and more people realize the Hellcats are no longer going to be available.

Gents,
Almost another year and I'm still sitting on the HellCat... I put her up for sale again this past spring but still no serious interest. It's the weirdest thing, EVERYONE loves this car, everywhere it goes, it draws a crowd but not one serious offer has come my way. Guess I'll be putting her back into hibernation until next spring....

I know the dealers don't want to pay decent $$$ for them. They want to steal them.

I had 3 offers on my car yesterday. Each $5K apart. Highest was still $5K low.
They'll go to the sale and pay top $$$ but don't want to give Joe public reasonable money.

Because most people allow emotions to rule them when buying a car so they use the same methods over and over again knowing that most will agree to it.

I'm not that type of buyer but they're so involved with their speel that most don't realize that. Especially the managers who are the "closers".
