A little testing today, more to come :cool: What I'll say is the sensor reacts MUCH faster than the inferred I'm used to. Once the fuel hit the sensor the E content rised rapidly. I'm shooting for E70 and just about nailed it.

No black key with the 170....two red keys

Lowest it goes is 900hp on 91 which is bad imo. My testing on 93 wasn't good.

Car started to get happy about e40.

It can, if you have a challenger, can get all of the electronics, wiring, the bcm (if different), can have your pcm bench flashed to the 170 os, and tcm flashed to the 170 os. Pretty simple

My car used to be an M6, so yes. Convert it to an a8. Was being a bit sarcastic in the easy part - will take work, if you can even get the electronics/harnesses and get someone with a 170 to let you bench read the PCM and the TCM. Needs to be on the bench with other hardware to add your vin to it for PCM, TCM vin doesn’t matter - OS on TCM just needs to “match” the PCM os. BCM you can write your vin to on a brand new one with Alfa. You need all of the wiring, the evic, and uconnect - not sure what the difference are there, if it’s all in there on 2023 and just needs to be enabled via Alfa. Someone needs to do a stock read of the bcm so we can see. But at minimum engine harness, possible headlamp to dash harness, body harness (unless it’s just a new jumper for the new voltage stabilizer in the trunk). $5k in writing harnesses and get some stuff reflashed/reconfigured/new modules, and done

Some interesting testing this weekend with logs to backup my findings. In drive mode "street" the programming appears to ride ESP and pulls quite a bit of timing at WOT even on E67 which allows for the full 1025 horses. To me this is fine since it is "street" after all. I couldn't really feel it per se' just that the tires weren't trying to come unglued as much. Quite different from the 2016 Hellcat that would end the party quite quickly if tire spin was detected.

However, switch to "drag" drive mode and whoa baby. You get the full violence this car is capable of and staying on throttle through 4th, 5th, and into 6th I could taste the adrenalin in the back of my mouth.

Engine info in the Uconnect was over 1000HP.

Glad your getting after it. No test piloting here today low 40s max temp. Only good thing this weekend was mother nature power washed the salt off roads big time yesterday. Taste of adrenalin, good one!

I can tell a big difference in the suspension when hitting it in drag mode. The front comes up quite a bit and stays there. Makes things a little tricky if you have to maneuver.....things move a little slower.

Reviewing logs more detailed today and a few more things. In street, there is tqmgmt during shifts, which is what I expect. However in drag I do not see any tqmgmt during shifts. See the screen shot above. That's new to me.

Also, I'm not seeing any issues with misfire in my logs, so wondering if the spark plug issue is nothing more than internet rumor?

Didn t someone mention loosing an Engine ?
Not sure if it was a misfire or detonation
