When you live where it's humid, dry air splits your sinuses, lips and skin after a few days.
Arizona liked to killed me.

Hell yeah. Going from AZ to TN is a shocker for sure.

Flying to Phoenix next Saturday for 2 weeks to see the grandkids. Going to the Grand Canyon Hoover Dam Las Vegas meteor crater Sedona and probably die in the heat somewhere along the way lol

Very cool to meet you in person @BULL enjoyed getting to hang out share a meal and some adult beverages. Safe travels.

For us southern folks the weather was pretty dang good. High 80s temps 50٪ humidity which is good for us, and a very nice breeze. Was a bit hot at the track but car show was super relaxing and nice. More on the track later but I'll just say my tires are fine....100٪ prep is the difference.

Bull brought a rotor to check out and the crowd loved it. Super lite and well made.

Raised about $6K for www.racing4vets.org charity at the auction as well!

Just landed, brain seriously not working right,

My legs are shaking and my hip is jacked up, I ended up not really sleeping last night, so I got up and left. Damn hotels.

Did some illicit fuel consumption in the western part of my trip.

Then the Kansas State highway patrol shut down the highway to block me in...


..or so I thought for about 2minutes, turns out they were looking for a trucker, or somebody else anyway. Scared me pretty good. I thought I was going to jail and losing the car to impound.

Could have been worse.

They also might have gotten an anonymous tip about someone allegedly transporting some prototype light weight rotors and wanted a look-see for themselves. That would definitely warrant a road block.
