Hello, currently running Nitto G2 305/35/20 mostly on the street (no full-time drag setup). Good when warm, but I’m curious about a more grippy street setup next, looking at Toyo Proxes R888R in a 315 rear if sizing/fit makes sense on OEM wheel size. I have a 2023 WB Charger Hellcat Jailbreak.

The car is on stock suspension and stock tires. Never take the car out when it rains, so no need to worry about it handling rain/wet conditions. Just want to try the Toyo because hearing good things about them, and I do understand they run out of thread very fast, which I don't mind since I buy them in bulk and get them for a steal of a price. Can also help others get tires for wholesale if wanted.

Just wanted to ask if people have run Toyo and how long they last for you. If not Toyo, what other recommendations would people recommend?

Sounds like a no-brainer. Go get them and tell us how they are.

Dang well for $200 a tire have fun with them! What sidewall ratio/size are you exactly getting? In my experience the these cars don’t like too thin of a tire on the rear if you really want to launch and race them in a straight line. Now in the twisties it could be a different story…

Yeah, 200$ per tire is very good since they usually go for around 300-400$ each. I'm thinking of getting 315/35/20 just in the rears, but might just go with OEM sizing, which is 305/35/20 but I heard I can run 315 quite easily without any rub or spacers.

I'm running Toyo R888R in 325/30x20 on my HCWB with OE 11" wide wheels.
As I have not used any other tires but the OE, I can't compare.
As good as the Toyo's are, I never felt the need too.
