2015 Hellcat brake pad shifting

Finally identified the metallic knock in the left front right side of the Hellcat. Apparently the brake pad is shifting forward and aft in the caliper. Anyone seen this one before. Also any idea on a fix?

Yep everything is good. I’ve been using Power stop pads on both cars since I got the Hellcat in 2015. First time for this problem.

Don't these have backing plates held in place by little metal 'tabs' that bend around the pad frame? If so, could be broken or loose tab(s) on that pad ?

Yes they do and they look good.

the pins and the metal retaining spring plate on top look good? That will be your issue - the spring plate and pins are worn. If you can move the pads by hand with the wheel off the spring plate on top of them isn't applying enough pressure

possibly advance auto but you'll have to shop around

Did you use the PS items when you installed them? Did you keep the OEM if so? Or vice versa? I do have a couple sets of the retainers and pins laying around. Let me know if I can help you out. Cheap to send you a small package. It has to be something that easy.
