Can bus c error no power steering

Working on a 2012 Durango. Power steering not working. ElectroPnuematic replaced twice, still no power steering assistance. Pro scanner shows can bus c error. I have searched high amd low and can't find the can bus star connector and can't resolve the power steering. EPS module is interrogated by autel scanner, but doesn't find it and the skips it. Tracing the wire from the 3 wire connector on the eps motor shows the wire goes up to the steering column inside and below the steering wheel. I need help, not sure what is causing the no power steering issue.

If you don’t get help here, I’d try BITOG mechanical maintenance forum. Lots of ASE techs and smart people there.
