I'm so confused!

2019 Challenger Widebody Redeye with 11" factory wheels, no suspension changes.
Will be driven in UK all weathers except snow.

In the OEM 305/35 I can get:

I had a look on Summit Racing for inspiration (international shipping is pretty good with them) but I've ruled out drag radial options due to wet weather requirement.

Regarding other sized tyres - 315 and 325 - I'm tending to think that the speedo inaccuracy outweighs width improvement. There's a couple of other tyres that become available but I'm not particularly enamoured with options. There's Dunlop SP Sport Maxx (very poor grip after 50% wear on my GTR), Goodyear Eagle F1 (I'm not sure these are high performance), Continental ContiSportContact 5. I have the Continentals on my Ute, I replaced factory like for like as grip was good enough in all weathers but it's only 525hp with manual trans and I'm not so confident that they wouldn't be like the P-Zeros on the Challenger.

If I went to 335/30s then these could be worthwhile. Will they fit front and back without rubbing and is a 11" rim OK or a bit narrow for them?

They would be 1/2" shorter which I'd worry could look small in the wheel arch. The speed would read a little faster than actual so that would work as I wouldn't need to worry about tickets. I think the width gain of 1.2" would be significant.
Other than a few P-Zero variants (which I'm not willing to gamble on) the only choice seems to be a Porsche fitment Michelin Pilot Super Sport with an A rain rating (108Y) at £457.

I'd appreciate any thoughts please.

Agree with Michelin’s but you probably know any performance tire has limitations in bad weather especially in cold weather. You are apparently concerned about wet weather. I loved the Michelin PS4 A/S tires on my Daytona.

Guessing an AS tire would be a better choice for you given the weather in GB ? I run summer only tires here, but my car never sees rain and on the rare occasion temps begin to dip below 50 F it's stays warm & dry in the garage. I found the summer only versions start to get 'greasy' around 50 and are hazardous by 40.

Personally love the Conti's, but you can't go wrong with the Pilot's. I know many complained about the Pirelli's, but I had pretty good luck with mine tho I don't really push the limit with my car was many do.

Have had Bridgestones & Dunlops as OE tires on numerous cars over the years & they all sucked (especially the Dumbflops) and got replaced long before they wore out. The 'stones had a tendency to tramline & the 'flops were just plain horrible all around.

Believe the warnings! I had that issue with Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar summer performance tires that came on my Daytona Charger. They developed cracks on the sidewalls and between the treads to the point that one lost air.
