That is true but an engine does not come out of the factory, emblems, center caps, and misc other additions. I took a stock car and made it into sumtin different. Takes an imagination not to read it out of a book. Imagination, time, $$ and turned it into a piece of art. I respect you as an engine mechanic, you are, but an artist you are not. Every piece of paint on the car is not stock. Show room was nice but can be nicer. If that is all you sea you are a very shallow person. The persons on this forum see reasons and hard work to hand off an award you don't appreciate. So, stay in the garage and talk about port and polish and do wat you do best. I am not a Picasso but having a vision and people can make their own decision of what they enjoy or not. Yes, last month my garage queen happened to be liked by a majority of members. I kept them informed and we all watched this come together and not over night. Every one was a part of this every week. It might not do 9.6 on the track but it does 8's sitting still.
