FYI, it is totally possible to change these, including in the front, without taking anything apart, if you know the secret, which I'm happy to share!

For the fronts, With the front up in the air, take a really long screwdriver (I used the long prybar in my prybar set) reach up through the existing hole in the bottom of the fender and gently push the tab.

No need to take anything apart, at all.

A little bit late....
I ended up loosening the wheel well cover and was able to reach in and remove/install new ones.
