Ridiculous statement....the religious sanctity of Christmas has nothing to do with how young children enjoy the Holiday ...let me guess..you aren't in favor of the Christmas tree..or presents...

I have lived in Ohio for 50 years and Florida for 20 years. I am well aware of the differences. We do have seasons, just no awful cold, with snow and ice. We enjoy outdoors year round, car shows, cruise-ins and club get togethers. My Hellcat is usually out about once a week, enjoyable. If you like the cold and snow, please stay and enjoy, but please don't falsely demean our state. Florida is one of the most prosperous states in our country!

One of my best friends is up here for July and August from Lake worth Fla...he said our weather is just like winters in Fla...our weather since July has been Gorgeous..75/85 during the day..and 65/70's @ night...and night I have to give him a jacket..lol

Now yer talkin...(I love that commercial)...by the way..my favorite place to visit is Key West..I love that place...back in the mid 80's I raced my 35' Fountain in APBA off shore competition...the word finals are held in Key West...we would go down there every year to watch the world finals..what an awesome weekend

Lat August Me and a buddy went down to pick up a motorcycle..we stopped in Lake Worth to visit my friend before going over to Treasure Island to pick up the bike... Treasure Island was nothing short of Hell's Kitchen....98 with 100% humidity...could not freakin breathe...it took us maybe 20 min to load up the bike in an enclosed trailer...the guys wife brought me 3 cold wet towels... had the air on full blast and could still feel the heat from the windshield....couldn't live like that and it was only 1 o'clock

Treasure Island, know it well. We had our family vacations there for years, until we moved to Florida. We visited family and friends, after our stay on the beach. Always a wonderful time...
