This is a question for the pros..... My car has a demon hood and demon intake no other mods yet, do I need to tune the car after installing the catless mids? The stainless works pipes have o2 bungs.

you will get o2 fault codes unless tuner sets up to ignore. no advantage to catless unless your making big power.

no you do not need a tune. You use anti foulers or spacers to move the 02's out. I tested them on mine and saw no gain. Will make the car sound a little louder and will get some exhaust smell when it is cooler out side. Not real bad in warm weather

thank you fellas. I asked because I'm starting to order parts for this winters build. E85 will be the main fuel being used. Kinda wanted to see how much louder the car will be catless.

Many tuners says Unless you plan on going over 1100 wheel there’s not much to gain but noise and now big fines as well by removing the cats.

I thought when running E85, the cats had to be removed....

Nope, I’ve made 940 wheel through cats on a flex tune with only 17 lbs of boost on E85

There is power to be had when tuned on catless mids...it's just a question of what it's worth to you.

I did it for 2 reasons. Best sounding of 3 options being stock, mid delete or cat delete. And also f@#% the EPA.

I do know of someone that melted the cats on e85. I believe it was speedy that brought up if tuned wrong it can happen. Plenty of people have cats with e85 with no issues

Don’t know if he actually ruined some or not but correct he did mention COT had to be enabled in the tune which most tuners turn off.

Thank you all very much! I'm sure I will have a lot more questions once the build begins

Agreed with both of those reasons. Same reasons I did it.

IMO catless and otherwise factory exhaust is the best sound without being obnoxiously loud.
And Fu(k the alphabet soup right in the neck

I would price everything separate. Going to be hard to find a buyer for it all

Individual prices can be given upon request. Trying to sell it all as a package deal right now!
