Climate buttons under screen

Ever since today my ac has been off and the climate buttons under the main screen don’t work at all. When I try to turn the climate on using the screen it still won’t turn on. Think it’s a blow fuse and tried replacing corresponding fuses using research but even after replacement still the same issue. Don’t know what to do does anyone know or have any suggestions towards a solution?

try disconnecting the battery for an hour or so. if that doesn't force it to reset, try a factory reset [it's buried in the menues, location varies by year/model]
