E85...this can't be legit can it?

Can someoneo who knows more than me about E85 (probably all of you) look at this guy's for sale ad on Charger Forums. Doesn't look legit to me and I dont want to see anybody scammed.

Wouldn't know...but then again...I'm not big on modding any of my cars...and wouldn't touch ANY used modded car

Being that E85 requires ~30% more fuel for the same output, how can you have an E85 tune on injectors that are already operating at 100% duty cycle (for HC/RE/Demons)?

I wouldn't do it on my car anyway.

That was my point. I don't see how it's possible without a tune and injectors. The same guy is also selling an air ride suspension that seems dubious as well.
