Just wanted to post here in case anyone has it written down somewhere, I've reviewed hundreds of pages of posts to no avail. I have the size for the big o rings, does anyone have the size for the 4 small oil gallery o rings? 16GoMango maybe have posted them a long time ago however I've searched through hundreds of pages of the posts and cannot locate the part number or size anywhere for the small o rings. Would really appreciate it if someone happens to have that jotted down somewhere. Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in getting you sizes, life atm not leaving me with much free time or extra energy of late. Sizes below. I suggest use Viton instead of Buna, they take the heat better. Viton maybe 10x the cost, maybe not, have not bought a set since last year. What one can do to save some $ is use Viton on the hotter head side and Buna on the cooler blower side.

Intake ports use a 3mm cross section 60 mm ID
McMaster Buna 9262K454, Viton 9263K746 or 1295N338

Oil galley ports use a 3 mm section 34.2 mm ID
McMaster Buna 1302N513, Viton not offered by McM in this size but I have gotten them through local bearing supply houses.

Hope this helps you guys.

How important is that extra 0.2mm ?
Mcmaster has two Viton options in 3mm x 34.0mm size, and even one option in Silicone good to even higher temp of 450F.
