Welp worse case scenario for that o ring. It warped the spacer. What are your thoughts on this @16GoManGoHC2 ? Think new o rings will seal it up?

The o rings won't even stay in up top they all popped out as soon as I took it off the supercharger. These o rings do not hold up to the heat

How did you discover this in the first place?
While installing the 2 step, noticed 1 little piece of o ring sticking out of the front on bank 1. Not really noticeable in tune but those 2 cylinders most likely would have been getting more air.

I'd just replace them with FKM and send it. Bet it will still seal just fine--just watch it to be sure.

Less than 100 miles driven like this and haven't gotten on it. So lucky there, bad because where the o rings were rolled over it left an indent in the spacers

That front one isn't concerning. This one that I would have NEVER seen is. So 2 issues. This piece made it into the engine and dented the intake/pressure side

you could try heat cycling it in the oven + freezer a few times and see if the deformation goes away.

They seal on the o rings so they "should" be fine, but lot of work to put back together and have to take back apart for a maybe. They're also not flat anymore, very slightly like bananas

I'm hoping it burnt off or went out the exhaust! Keep thinking of it getting stuck on valve coming up but if that happened sure would have other issues

It is, it's just a slight indent where the o rings rolled over and it has camped down, on the head side
