No visual fluid loss in the tank or on the ground/the belly pan, just around the fitting but a leak is a leak.

1/4" turn at least. I have the same exact fittings and they still leak no matter what. They might finally be ok. I don't think the temperature fluctuations help
Yeah, I've been running it on several drive cycles, been dry until recently. And it seems it's mainly the "cold" side ones that are leaking. Hopefully once I torque them all they will withstand the temperature cycles.

Good luck trying to get a crows foot and hold the other side. Not impossible but difficult. Use 2 huge open end wrenches, finger tight, mark them, and then do a 1/4 turn. The 1/4 turn has worked amazing for me for fuel. You can definitely over tighten them as well

Confirmed, user error. Took the 3-way off and used a pair of 12" crescents to do the hand-tight + 1/4 turn on all the AN's. Then used this to do the AN's on the chiller. Good for now.

No, they just don't matter and you have something to say about everything. Usually pointless or negative

Redid the fitting today, removed the ptfe paste (never again) and used the Loctite 567.

ptfe paste (coolant was leaking under the paste) IMG_5736.jpeg

I have the old style brick (got it 1 month before the new cores..) I use a swivel 1/2" npt to 12an 90 degree fitting on that side. I got another one for the other side, but that one is not leaking (fixed 90 degree 1/2" npt to 3/4" barb). I had to cut the fitting off the side I installed the swivel on (installed it a while back), only way to do it without cracking open the AC lines since the fixed 90 degree fitting will hit the AC lines on the chiller if you try to unscrew it. Newer cores don't have this issue, since they have a male 12an bung built into the core instead of the 1/2" NPT female bung. When I cut the fitting off I used a dremel and dremel metal cutoff wheel. If you have the old core and want to switch it's possible (if you used fixed metal 90 degree fittings) just wear goggles and a mask, run a vacuum to capture the aluminum dust while cutting it. Take breaks and let the aluminum cool down, that temp goes from the fitting to the core. If you used the plastic fittings they'll be a lot easier to cut off for the swap. they do hang down a bit lower so just be aware
