Wanted to get a larger lower pulley/dampner for a 2020 hellcat.

Heard either ATI or Innovators west. Not sure if any grinding or clearance would be required.

Any input appreciated before I buy one. Ty

With either, the ATI +10 or the IW+9 the AC mounting boss needs clearanced. Pictured is size difference, stock balancer, stock size ATI, and +10 ATI. You should pin the hub to the crank while your there. You will need a new Damper bolt as well, use the Demon/RE one. The Hellephant uses an ATI lower. I'm keeping that in mind when I do my wife's Hawk.

Just remember like we talked about. If you hit that 900hp mark you will be pushing engine and trans to/past the limit. You’ll need a second pulley up top to switch to when running 93 with that much boost.
really for a safe fast setup e85 and a 2.85 are a good time.
2.85 at your elevation and track has potential for 9s in decent weather on e85.
2.85 and lower has potential for 9s all year round. But cannot run 93.
2.65 upper stock lower potential for 9s all year round. But no 93 unless you swap to a different upper when you change fuels.

I had an IW on my 87 mustang for many years, would buy the same for the Hellcat

The Hellaphant is using that large ATI lower because it needs to spin even the 3.0 blower faster to get 14 psi of boost trying to keep up with 426 hungry cubes feeding below it. A 10% OD lower and most any upper smaller then stock is going to most likely produce to much boost for pump gas on a stock 373 cube engine. Listen to @jonx96 advice, knows what he’s talking about.

Yeah I just wanted the ability to use gasoline and clean out my fuel system so basically the only time e85 is in my car is when im on my way to the track. Heard it was bad for the parts. Rather be safe than sorry.

And for now I don't want to break anything so I would want a safe tune and have all the pulley/engine/tuning work done so next year I can swap the rear end stuff for redeye or better gofast parts. Then just get an aggressive tune.

🤷‍♂️

Another option besides ATI and Innovators West is MMX who has a 7% OD lower that fits w/o any modifications needed.
