Trying to achieve 50/50 front/rear weight balance is a good thing.

And I get shit every time I put a hitch on my cars.

Never again will I feel even the tiniest hint of guilt over doing so. Not that I actually felt guilty for doing so before. If a V8 car can't tow a PWC, then it shouldn't have been built in the first place, heap of junk.

Guy here had a hitch on his Charger HC and towed all the time, but I think the car is sold now.

I’m gonna roll the dice with this one and assume nobody said it yet, since I’m 4 pages behind.

@Whatknot
BTW... the trunk had lots of useable space.
Home Depot? Challenge accepted.
Also, towing was awesome with the car, if you’re trying to get your clothes dried before they get smelly because you burned up the old dryer... tow it home with a Hellcat.

That’s 10 bags of soil and 2 bags of seed... it all fit perfectly.

Well, not with my Challenger, but I did take home a complete 3 piece, stand-up, rolling mechanics tool chest set in my '95 Infiniti Q45t back in the day.
Still have the tool chest, car is long gone (but not forgotten, loved that car !).

I do the 10 bags of mulch at a time every year.

BTW, what wheel/tire combo do you have for your winter set-up? Thanks.

Hi, car, wheels, and tires are gone, but I had 20” replicas and 275 Yokohama snow tires. Bought used and sold used. They did fine, only ever got stuck in my own driveway being an ass. Had 300lbs of sand in the trunk in a hockey bag.

Now that is using your car.

Last summer we 4 ( dog came to) loaded up the Stang with camping gear and all of our stuff, hooked onto the jetski, and went on a 26 day holiday. Car never missed a beat, and maybe spun a little bit on a few boat launches, but always pulled it out of the water. Coyote runs as strong today as it did new, and car has been flawless. Get some looks while passing vehicle after vehicle going up a hill towing.

I was plowing my way through it (in reverse) but the concrete below the snow was a sheet of ice. This pic was from 2am, when I was getting home from work, so I didn’t want to fire up the snowblower to get the car off of the street.

I've driven every car I had year round, including the 3 convertible cars.

I don't even think that's your fault, let alone a result of being an ass. What was the temp when you took the pic?

I agree. I drove my convertible in the winter with the top down. Good coat and hat, your fine (and it was Houston, so it was upper 30s maybe).

When I was younger, took T-tops off, wore Hawaiian shirts and shorts and cruised the drag like it was summer in winter time (not in Houston) with California dreaming written on the window. That was a good conversation starter with all the ladies.
