Really though, I’d be the first one there checking on the guy. Stupid or not, you don’t really know the circumstances at play, and they don’t really matter if there are innocent people (kids) in the car. Too many times a relatively minor accident turns into hell when the car starts on fire and the people stuck inside scream while they burn to death. I’d rather be cutting seatbelts and breaking windows before it’s ablaze.
