They need to do a hellcat 170 narrow body and widebody only or 170 owners will get mad like the 2018 demon owners did. But I'm sure they have already retooled and are not bringing back a 17 year old platform (2008 challenger). Who are our insiders, @Bobo and @Bowtie Guy ?

No battery issues I am aware of ( After spending 6 billion on a battery plant they better have their shit together )

Lack of rebates / incentives
Tariff issues as this is a Canadian vehicle with content from all over the planet
Trumps removal of fuel targets that fine automakers for not meeting targets = gas power
I m not sure where the tax credits for zero emission vehicles stand as of now ??? More tax payer funded money to push BEV
Governments have been trying their hardest to ruin the Auto industry in America
Fund the products no one wants
Penalties on the products that people want

The Auto industry is at a standstill with as far as new products
The Brampton plant that built the Challenger / Charger has been closed since Dec 2023 & retooled for the Jeep Compass EV which has also been put on hold
As of now the best option is the ICE Charger I6
