I edited my post I meant 4475. Some damn reason every time I put weight down I keep going to 3xxx, guess I'm in denial of our cars being so heavy:LOL:

300 lbs between us. I’ve been looking at our time slips trying to figure out the .2 time difference. Your 60ft was slightly better and so was your 1/8th even mph. But I had 1mph faster in the 1/4. Are you thinking the difference is how the tune is ramping in? Maybe you are making more power on the bottom end and I am making more on the big end? Or the slight difference in 60 ft plus weight was all the difference ?
I wish I had more passes to compare.

I was thinking about that as well. I have a 9.76 at 140.27 time slip that had a 1.44 60, 6.29 at 113.89 1/8.

I have been at tracks where I think the mph timer was off by a foot or two and it wouldn't take much to account for 1mph, but your running E85 and it does make power different than gasoline.

I have learned that in this range at least .1 on the 60 is .18 on the 1/4 ET

I do know after making 13 passes this week the right lane mph was about 2.5 mph low at the 1/8th a long with the 1000 ft. I have 2 mirror slips running 10.60 in both lanes with trap speeds 131.20 and 131.35. I would say Jon's 1/8th mph would have been 113-114

Could be just depends on where the track places the timer. I always figure the ETs are right but mph can be a little off. Not a ton though. I've run enough at Beech Bend that I can know where things are but I've been to other tracks where I had to wonder.

E85 tunes also usually ramp timing in more gradually and pour it on up top.

Last couple of years our track 1/4 mph has been off as much as 3 mph. I was happy to see both were reading the same this week

Especially being a flex fuel tune I bet it comes in even slower.
I attempted a data log. But I used a different laptop and forgot to open my file with the pids I watch... so I data logged the default ones....

Exactly. You’ll see more mph when you pour the timing on with the ethanol. Don’t mess around... go straight to the ignite red. 😎

I like Renegade products personally. Had real good luck with their RM109 so I'll be giving their ethanol a try at some point.

I'll never see that kinda weather unfortunately. Even +400 is good at my local track.

You should come down to Houston HRP in January, B. Mason's track rental every year, 20 car limit, it normally gets to -800 DA or better if we're lucky.

I agree, just throwing it out there, the same reason I don't go to your Challenger Fest each year, but would like to.
Some will chase DA across the country.

Not that important to me, and CF is way more than a track rental plus Moparty, I'd travel for something like that.

Several folks from TX come with their cars, a few others just fly into hang out hint hint lol

That's a option to fly in & hang out, but that would kill me to watch others race & me not. Yeah, I wasn't comparing the 2, but like you said about the track rental you were at, that the limited amount of cars makes it nice & if you wanted to get some low DA & at sea level. But I understand.

I'm gonna talk to the track manager at Beech Bend about doing one of those in November, that'll be the ticket for me if I wanna set a real crazy time.

Seriously consider flying in, there are quite a few folks that do that. If nothing else you get to see several combos run on the same track same day to compare results, plus all the other stuff that goes on LMAO.

Sounds good Speedy, but if I come, I'll be renting a trailer & bring my HC. She would be so pissed off at me if I went to the track without her.
