Why copper?

Sent from my BBF100-2 using Tapatalk
Copped is a better conductor than iridium and platinum. And it dissipates heat better.

this is good for high boost and/or nitrous, less chance for misfire.

the downside is these probably will not last as long so they need to be changed more Frequently

Get out of my head! I cannot afford to share a brain.

Once the echo chamber around here catches wind of this there is going to be a stockpile of fancy plugs laying around.

The drivers side isn't bad . On the passenger side the supercharger coolant lines are in the way .

"STREET CAR"

I have had the same copper plugs in my blown TBSS since Jan 2016. I might look at them this Spring once the HC is out. Might.

Lol. The key is to keep checking them.

i think if I was gonna be spraying often and running my smaller pulley to 30-31psi then I would prolly change every 60 days.

but since I’m street driving almost every day right now, and running 23-24 psi. Haven’t even sprayed yet. To nervous lol. Finally gotta hit it soon. I should be good for a while.

still messing with the pro Max controller. Then need to take a data log of a top end pull 100 shot through 4th and 5th gear. See how it looks after.

Spark plugs are done , hood is painted and hopefully picking it up next week . I really wish FAS had the 2.7L billet bearing plate ready...... Talk about a perfect time to install it!

This video helps explain why using copper plugs can be beneficial (hint: it's timing tolerance and power potential).

But mark ..... I love spending your money . It's a non intrusive install . I did one side at a time . I just lowered the cradle enough the get the front bolt out . It's wasn't to bad at all . The factory front upper control arm is really flimsy and bugs the hell out of me . Once we get to the track I will let you k now if it's worth the money .
