Hi, just want to confirm. I have a 2015 HC Charger, of course, out of dealer warranty. This Radio Frequency Hub Module (RFHM) Updates TSB came out in late 2022 and the dealer said they would charge me. I understand why, but has anyone out of warranty able to get this done at no cost?
