He was a good one, folks. Loved racing obviously. Him, wife and her Sis would travel around the Zoo in their golf cart and often stopped to talk to us. This was about ten years ago on a “slow day”, he came and just BS’ed with us. We made him Chairman of the Zoo.

He also would often hang out at night at the Zoo bar and be the main guy at the road enjoying the parades that never stop. Often along with his Son’s driving team and himself, with several other teams and drivers who still do that. We were lucky.
