Any of you upgraded to SS Brake Lines?

If so, what are your thoughts?

Considering getting a set of Stoptech lines. For 70 bucks or so...can't hurt....

Your flexible brake lines already have steel braid inside the line so I doubt putting it on the outside would make any functional difference.

Huh...I was not aware of that.

If that's the case, then I agree.

Thanks!

Not calling you out or anything but what is your basis for this? SS lines are one of the cheapest and easiest upgrades(along with higher temp fluid) that you can make. I've upgraded almost every (performance)vehicle I've owned to SS lines and have never had an issue(knock on wood) with leaking or ease of installation. I recently changed the lines on my M4 and it was super easy, hardest part was removing the factory clip that holds the line to the strut.
