Is it necessary to remove the SC toswitch from a Metco 2.85 to the Litton pulley?

Do you guys recommend a diff brace or upgraded drive shaft with stage 1 for street use? Or is that only necessary if your putting slicks on and going to the strip?

Is it necessary to remove the SC toswitch from a Metco 2.85 to the Litton pulley?
Yes, you would need to lift the S/C and remove the snout to switch between the 2 pulleys listed as they are different hub assemblies.

Went ahead and spliced some stuff together to get some info out for our Stage 2 Kit as well:


Do you guys recommend a diff brace or upgraded drive shaft with stage 1 for street use? Or is that only necessary if your putting slicks on and going to the strip?
Definitely recommended, not mandatory though.
