I think if it was stuffed with options you could hit 103k msrp. My ‘20 is loaded but without optional wheels, graphics, tech package, and $3k SS option and msrp was still over 94k. That’s not what I paid but msrp was still way up there.

If they don't get back to you let me know. I dont mind swinging by and checking out some new cars and then finding a salesman to contact you. Pretty close to my work.

Search Dodge Challenger on cars.com scroll all the way down to the bottom on the left and put in keywords super stock and then use the drag down menu and make it match exact there's like 13 on there right now some of them are marked way up and some of them are discounted quite a bit

You can finally find them on the Dodge Web Site. Search new inventory, challenger, model : SRT SUPER STOCK

Remind me again what's the difference between a SS and a Demon? I see it has drag radials.

Also, is Dodge making a set number or anyone can go in and order one?

No limits like the Demon. Dragcr has also said the suspension is not the same as the Demon

This is a good article comparing Demon, SS and RE

https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a33015174/2020-dodge-challenger-srt-super-stock-revealed/

So the remaining diffs I see (besides limited production for the Demon) are:

Hood
Race fuel tune (840Hp)
Demon Crate
9.65 ET vs 10.5 ET (per Dodge). Despite "only 33hp diff" and maybe -20lbs (for equivalent single seat cars). The only thing I can think here is the suspension isn't quite the same for the SS. Also, Demonology had multiple dynos using Boostane only showing ~902hp at the crank on his Demon (not 840) so the hp diff may be more than +33 between the 2.
Lightening throughout (-220lbs if u got a 1 seater Demon). Though much/most? of that 220 can be attained in RE and SS by going 1 seat?
Badging, Demon nittos, and some external color differences

I'm sure DRAGRCR has a few more nuanced differences. I seem to remember RE (and maybe SS?) having hiccup during WOT that the Demon does not have.

Still a nice option for those who missed on Demon. My only concern is that the only variant not depreciating and still commanding above MSRP is the Demon, so longer-term, it might make sense to buy a used Demon than a new $100-105K SS.

Not sure where the Demon values are coming from, my buddy had a bubble wrapped Demon with 17 miles on it he couldn't give away. I posted it online for him several times with barely a nibble. A local dealer finally bought it from him when he got desperate after trying for 18 months to sell it thinking it was going to be some kind of investment.

If I were shopping today, I'd be hunting a gently used Hellcat, they're all over. Slap a couple very simple mods on it and have a 9 sec car all day long and keep $40K in the bank.

I keep waiting for SRT to come out with the end all be all Challenger with a Hellephant variant in it. That's when I'll look to upgrade as that will be the final curtain I bet before it goes to some smaller platform and a twin turbo V6.
