We didn't start running until nearly 11:00 no idea why (I was there at 8) but you could run as much as you wanted to. Made 8 passes could have made way more. Every pass temps were in the 60's and humidity was real low in the 20's. I actually wrote down the DA being the lowest for the JLT but again trying to get an accurate reading on the Kestrel can be tough. Race weight was showing 4600 last pass it weighed 4590. I had a 4 bye passes that didn't help me on hitting a good light on a pro tree being I'm not sure they are watching me. I did 3 back to back to back runs which it went faster every pass. I put the JLT intake on and made 2 back to back passes. Put the stock airbox back on made 1 pass and got all the info I needed. Made 2 more passes a little later back to back with the last being the best time of the day in the worst DA at 900
For some reason after doing my burnout the SRT pages are showing the car going back to street traction from sport. It has never done this before and I didn't catch it on the 1st pass. Every shift the car didn't feel right and it ran a 10.71@130. Next pass I saw it put it back in sport and went 10.64@130 followed by a 10.62@130. Like I said at the start this is 3 passes not shutting the car off. I swapped in the JLT intake and ran 10.69@129 and a 10.75@129. The car never spun but that last pass was also the worst 60ft 1.59. I put the stock airbox on and went 10.65@130. The JLT went 129.9 both passes but the stock airbox went 130.3- 130.9
The DA during those runs were around 500- 650. I'm trying to get all data from my Kestrel but it likes to move around more then I thought it would. Looking online they have the DA about 100 less
Waited about 1 1/2 hours and decided to get a couple more in. I ran the left lane and went 10.69@130 went back around and ran the right lane 10.61@130. At this point the DA was around 900. The best 60ft was a 1.54 which I did 3 times
The 1/4 mile MPH in both lanes seemed to be the same (it has been as bad as 3mph more in one lane) but the 1/8th was showing slower in the right lane 1-2mph.
My findings the JLT was about .05 slower and the MPH was .5 slower. Car sat 40 minutes after making the 1st 3 passes before running the JLT. It sat 1/2 hour before running the stock airbox afterwards. I actually didn't notice the JLT being louder. Maybe because I was making passes with the windows up but nothing jumped out at me. Thought about afterwards:)
The 1st 3 passes are showing up 3 times for some reason

That's the kind of racing I like. Run three times in 15 minutes. Basically hot lap. When I did go I always hated the run once an hour or less stuff.

Awesome report thanks for doing the testing. My takeaway is that the JLT performed as expected with no gain. Lots of variables but basically the stock box is not holding the car back. Still keeping the JLT on though as its louder for me and looks as though it doesn't significantly degrade performance.

If you are happy with it then I don't think the power difference is enough to make a big difference. I'm more of a stock looking car person so I'm happy with the stock airbox

I tested 3 different intakes with 4 passes each . I tried to give equal cool downs/ hot laps and with out a doubt the LMI netted me my best MPH and ET . The JLT was pretty close and the stock one was definitely behind . I'm going to over all my logs tomorrow and the next few days . It's was also hot and humid here today ( 88-96F) all day with Crappy DA ( 2500-3300 ) . The results I got are for MY CAR today . It is not written in stone for everyone . Results will very .

Stock
Best pass 10.1@ 137
Worst pass 10.4@ 135 (hot lap with tire spin)
2 other passes 10.3X@ 136

JLT
Best pass 10.0@141.7 (tire spin)
Worst pass 10.4@ 137 (hot lap with tire spin)
2 other passes 10.1X@ 139

LMI
Best pass 9.82@142.5
Worst pass 10.3@137 (2nd hot lap right after stock box test and tire spin)
2 other pass 9.9X@140

I then left the LMI on for the rest of the day . And got more 9.8X@ 140+ mph .

I got 15 passes total today

But that canadian air is different. More oxygen because of all those trees.

I would like to point out that please take the actual ET time with a grain of salt . The track prep was not great and I was getting a lot of wheel spin . The MPH is the most important part . It shows the air flow my engine wanted .

@vortecd did you data log the runs by chance? If so, any differences jump out?

I figured on a stock car there would be little difference.

Track tells me if it is faster or slower. Guess I don't care why:whistle:

I data logged my '87 Mustang 10 years ago. I felt it was one more thing I had to worry about when staging the car. I put a boost gauge in it that had a recall so I could see what it hit on a run. I don't even know I have what I need to data log the Hellcat, never looked in to it:)
