Maybe if it snows a lot and I run on the snow covered shoulder, and he on bare asphalt, he'll have a chance?
Can't even give him the benefit of using the black key, since the 'Hawks don't come with anything but red.

Oh, he knows I'm into vehicles alright. But not necessarily what makes them tick.
To put things in perspective, he recently bought "a hot rod", a '58 Chevy pickup with an original straight Six.

He has yet to figure out that the Challenger is anything but a V6 (although the exhaust should give that away), and I refer to the 'Hawk as "the Cherokee", so he wouldn't really know from that.

Debadging is a wonderful thing, by the way.

I often wonder if Mr. And Mrs. Jimmy had their kid accidentally switched with a european Jimmy and thus his infatuation with debadging. 😂😂😂😂

Put me down for $20 on the tundra, provided you drive in reverse with the trackhawk.

Umm, nothing accidental, really. I happen to be from Europe.
So there.

Alright, it's now officially off the market.
The prospective buyer didn't like my decision, but hopefully I will.

Somewhat funny tidbit I almost forgot about. And another reason to keep the 'Hawk.

Yesterday it came up while talking to a neighbor. He mentioned that their whatever-it-is hybrid SUV is very fast.
Then that his Toyota pickup also has a lot of power.

Now, I don't know how much that V6 puts out, but the pickup is probably about 10 years old. Lumber rack and all, he claims that it'll spin the rear tires. Okay, fine.

But he wants to race it against my 'Hawk. Anybody care to take bets?
Poor neighbor is getting ready to be sucker punched LOL. I don’t know if he’s a friend then may want to put it off lol. If he’s kinda pesky neighbor then let him have it. And tell him you will give him like 10 truck lengths maybe 20 LMAO. Be sure to video a before and after face of him.

He's an alright guy. At least I thought so until we went to breakfast one morning.

I'd just got the 'Hawk and it was still early in the break-in period, so a leisurely 10-mile trip to town would be perfect I thought.
Drove across the road, he opened the passenger door, but instead of putting his boots on the new Husky floor mats, he kicked them against the rocker panel, repeatedly.

My hunger level dropped quite a bit.

It was tempting, but I didn't even say anything.
