Redeye block is red for Redeye. Hellcat orange. Lotta ppl dont know that. I didnt till I bought a Redeye lol. Yellow just differes it from the other blocks and is as close to E85 color in the Demon EYE as they can get I guess.

I love the idea I mean lets face it these motors look like carbon copies of each other when u look inside. Of course the blower is bigger but being yellow is an instant identifier.

Maybe Dodge will release this as a crate motor at some point who knows if they do it would be nice to know its a Demon 170 block.
The Redeye block is red because it was red in the Demon, not because of the Redeye.
I agree, the color coding helps people know what’s inside, very helpful!

No I didnt mean it was exclusive to the Redeye I meant it indicates its the built 6.2. Jailbreak and SS have a red blocks as well and it has nothing to do with a Demon.

If one wanted to order the built 6.2 they can order a Redeye, Jailbreak, Super Stock or Demon motor theyre all the same and are indicated by the block color not by the Demon name. Its red because it indicates its NOT a standard Hellcat motor.

All those platforms you mention Redeye, SS, jailbreak used the red DEMON motor...after....the demon had used it so i don't get your point... dodge used that motor to justify/pay for the demon build...from 2019-2023...
