Would replacing the stock HC hood with an oem Demon hood be up-badging?

So would replacing the stock HC hood with an oem Demon hood be up-badging?

No replacing the HC badges with Demon, no adding the wide-body flares, no Demon rims, etc. Just a hood swap…up badging or no?
