Somewhat related, I just committed to an Audi Q5.

It'll be an 800 mile round trip, but I finally got a decent trade-in offer for the '21 GT AWD with 789 miles on it.

I know, I know, it's a 2-door turning into a taxi, but I can't load a pallet in the back of the Challenger.

Really? I can do better than that with my Ram 3500 pulling 25,000 lbs. And I can replenish the factory 74 gallon fuel capacity in a matter of minutes.

But there are times when even that gets a bit tricky, as the fuel level start getting low and it's over 100 miles to the next station. Then I have to stop prematurely, to play it safe.

Surely it would go much, much, farther if not towing and getting about 10 mpg, but if not towing...why drive the 3500 in the first place?
Damn Jimmy I gotta explain myself 😑

500 miles is awesome for an electric vehicle let alone a truck.

The powerboost f150 can do 25 mpg on the highway with a 30 gallon tank, that's good for 750 miles.

Which I could easily achieve, and not have to drive a Furd in the process.
Care to let us know how that F150 would do pulling 25,000 lbs.?

You would want to compare it to a 250 or 350 lol.

The 3500/350 are also ridiculously annoying to park in the city.

I don't see how that matters when you have a 32' to 38' trailer behind it anyway.
And why on earth would you want to voluntarily drive into any kind of city in the first place??

Didn't realize you were quite that frail, Demon.
Have you driven a 3500 with air suspension, by any chance?

Yes I agree, the reason Jimmy likes trucks and 2 doors is because they ride like bulldozers. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

So folks what we learned today

Jimmy likes to ride things like bulldozers

1971 is the opposite of Jimmy for implants purposes.

And CC is acquiring more batteries than a duracell storage facility.

The whole 50 amp gen question has always intrigued me. I suspect its not that simple however considering the dance you have to go through for a home charger etc....
