Have you tried a hard reset?

On my 3rd Challenger and a Durango since 2008 with no similar issues.🤨
The Service tech Told me the 2017's were made by Panasonic.

Has anybody had any of these go bad on models other than the 2017's? I hope when this is fixed it will never happen again.
my son's 2018 challenger 392 had the same issue. We called the dealer I bought my car from, they ordered a new screen no problem. They gave us the screen, we installed it and took them the bad one

Dodge Customer Care contacted me today. He said they would take care of the replacement of the radio in the Cat. Now I have to wait for the dealer to schedule me to get it in so they can pull the radio and get the numbers off of it.

What kind of miles did you have on it? Mine has 3,250 currently may have been a factor.

When it started to delaminate the car had about 45k miles. I reached out to Dodge, but they denied the request to replace it. It continued to work fine until about 60k miles and then it went crazy. I call Dodge again, but it was still no. Both times the agent acknowledged the delaminating screen was a common issue.

Yeah they know they are bad. and they are also expensive. They should have to replace all 17's in a recall. Mine was changing drive modes on it's own, which turns off all the traction control and yaw controls which if it were raining or icy would be a hazard to the driver.

Yep, they denied my 2017 replacement…I replaced it myself.
-1, Dodgecares denied me also, so I replaced myself.
My '18 was just out of warranty with 25k miles and it was easy-peasy - took it to the dealer, she verified it was pucked, pulled the VIN and said they'd call in 4 - 6 weeks when the replacement arrived. 3 weeks later they installed it while I waited, about an hour.

If you are the original owners of your vehicles I'd press (request an escalation) Dodge for reimbursement. My understanding from the SW was they were replacing them for all original owners regardless of warranty status or miles. 2nd+ owners are SOL once out of warranty tho !

Display/radio changed out this morning. Everything seems to be back to normal. Hope it stays that way. They have a Sublime widebody Hellcat with the red leather interior that I would like to have. $ 91,000.00 dollars. Out of sight.

I've gotten 3 messages from BMW sales people and 2 from Dodge telling me they either have an allocation or have new Hellcats to sell.

Cars are sitting.
