All weld wheels are made using 3 different centers, high, med and low pad and then by juggling inner and outer rings. Rings are in 1/2" increments until they max out. So you can juggle centers and outer rings as you please adjusting the width and backspace by 1/2". After you understand this you can design custom wheels to your own specs, like I did with the Low Pad 17X10 wheel for the Demon. They did not want to build them for me but I said I would be "responsible" for the fitment. You can build any wheel you want with their part number structure if you know how to break it down. They are not going to build a custom one off center for the Hellcat.

I never had that as a variable when I used to order wheels, don't know what that means or how it applies but I saw it on welds site when I looked at these exact style rims on there website @month ago. In more detail. Across the whole RTS line they only have 3 wheel center blanks to machine from. So they machine all the different bolt patterns and all the different styles such as the S71 or S77 in any of the 3 pad heights to clear the brake caliper.

Last mod for the week... I’ve never liked the new SRT emblem with the cat head on it. Swapped it out for the original one like I had in my ‘16.

I do not care for the new one myself. Know what they're trying to do ("no one can tell I have a hellcat from the front or rear!") but the understated, clean, SRT badge is sufficient in my mind.

The longer studs look great. Fun Fact : they are lighter...........

I also realized why you decided to do the studs. The Front are a little shorter and add that to the fact that you had to have the spacer in front.....

I also realized why you decided to do the studs. The Front are a little shorter and add that to the fact that you had to have the spacer in front.....
Truth. The backs are sufficient but the fronts only engaged half the nut. I'm still gonna replace the back ones but the tech ran out of time yesterday. It'll be done in the next two weeks.

Do the rear wheels have knurled beads? Are you worried about the tires turning on the wheel?

No knurles. Yeah, they’ll spin on the wheel but they don’t weigh near as much as a beadlock. I can have the tires moved back pretty easy here at work.

I don’t enjoy breaking down beads frequently, I’d probably rim screw them.
