Everything on mine was coated in oil. Mine had about that on it when they changed the blower. The mechanic had no problem with installing the spacers when he saw them after seeing all that mess. LOL
I just do my thing and have fun.
I have to give my track lots of credit for the fast part. I can line up and confidently nail it 99.99% of the time. The track usually only gives up near the end of the day when they stop keeping up with it.
I guess your stock s/c gaskets were leaking by real good & or no catch can ? , good thing you did the spacers anyway.
Same here at our track on Friday nights , at first real good , then it starts to go away with all the street tires.
That's what made track day so good , no street tires.
I really think that at the track everyone should be on DR's or slicks anyway , but I know their also trying to keep racing off the streets too.

Yeah they were leaking pretty good. LOL
I usually go in the day with events going on. They let the test and tune run in between rounds and then prep the track again for the racing. There is also 2 other 1/8 mile lanes unprepped that some of the younger crowd use so they don't have to wait in long lines.
The first time Markp came down he was shocked at how often they sprayed and dragged the track. That and on a busy day with 4 or 5 different races going on we still got 10 or 12 runs in on a good track. You have seen my 60' times so they must be doing something right.

Yeah , I feel like I don't have a ton of money in mine but a lot of little stuff adds up quick , but I don't want to start adding it up though , :LOL:.

What was your best ET when you were on just a 2.85 ?
I had fuel issues during the 2.85 and by the time I fixed it I’d already jump to 17 psi
