The TRX off the launch is nasty. Stop light to stop light, it stands on its own. That awd launch!

It doesn't hold a candle to a Hawk. Both are extremely impressive for their size.

Challenger is great, 'Hawk was a disappointment, and the TRX is a slug in comparison.
But at least I knew the TRX would be ahead of time. Didn't give simple physics enough credit when buying the 'Hawk.

Of course, that's all for accelerating when it counts, not from a stoplight. And I really like living in a stoplight free zone.
What I really don't like is that the TRX hits the limiter wall at 118. The less time spent in the opposing lane the better, I think. Thankfully that's a relatively easy thing to fix.

Re: TRX vs Whipple - TRX has a 3.2L blower? lol. Good clean runs though, pretty decisive outcome.

Oh yes, big time. But that was also predictable.

In response I got skinnier tires for it, which improved lateral stability quite a bit. The stock 325s don't play well with 9-inch rims on the road, the narrowest the OE tire is approved for.

Also, installing a 7/8" inch rear anti sway bar helped a lot. Unlike regular 1500s, there's nothing in the rear on a TRX.

Is it stupid to try making a TRX handle well in the curves? Maybe. But while it'd deal with running off the road much better than would a Challenger or 'Hawk, I still prefer staying on the road if possible.

Is it a Hellcat though?
Nope.

Surely you know that people do that. Thankfully I have yet to see one of those huge cat head stickers plastered to the side of one. But give it time.

I always liken that stuff to stuffing a tube sock down the front of your pants. Come on folks.

Now if it is meant as humor, like the cat head I saw on an old beetle, I'm all for it. But that other stuff, I can only shake my head.

Your allowed to enter Mopar product in the entry of HFCOTM it does not have to be a Hellcat. Look at my conversations in the October HFCOTM

He does. And somehow Ram found out about his plans for the added cat skulls, which resulted in that his arrived at the dealer later than mine did.
And rightfully so.

Okay Magnified, your turn to sock it to 04Ram2500Hemi...so to speak.

What's the issue with a HC badge on a TRX again?
