Shoulda had your friend bring your trailer! That sucks man, a lot of us have been there. I haven’t yet, but sure plan to be. Did you have to pay a tow truck or does triple A work for a track tow
I bet ya he already has new axles in. I’m undecided on the quickest way to swap them out. I’ve seen people lower rear of exhaust, driveshaft at diff, undo diff and slide diff to the side. Not sure if it’s faster that way or the way I should have done it (still stock axles) which is taking rear suspension apart

When you get to the outlaws only way to do it is suspension. There isn't enough give to lower the diff and pull them out, found this out. Stock axles, demon and renegades will come out lowering diff. Gforce recommends taking suspension apart to do it to not damage them

Not damage them? I walloped on mine with a sledge hammer and punch to knock them back so I could undo hubs without temoving knuckle (removed them anyway). I’ve seen way too many posts about people having to send them back for rebuilds almost immediately
