You can get adjustable end links. Mine are Carlyle. I have their 15” conversion with the billet spindle that requires a really short link. I haven’t measured it but it is REALLY short. Adjusted to fit, it doesn’t hit my AAD arm. View attachment 20565 View attachment 20566
Looks like a sweet conversion!

That also looks like their toe rod in the picture?

What we are seeing is the factory sway bar pulled so low with a shortened end link that at full compression it physically contacts the rear upper camber arm I believe it is (they're all "control arms" to me)...

I'd also imagine a billet spindle would change some mounting locations or angles for fitment and may not have this issue as a result.

Has your rear sway bar contacted the top of your upper camber/control arm?

I’m not hitting anything but there is one possible “variable”. I’m running a 1320 swaybar. It could be different. I don’t know. All of my arms are AAD at this point. Nothing else compares. The billet spindle did change the locating point for the link. It moves it away from the wheel. That’s why it doesn’t require grinding. I think we have this whole rear end thing figured out and working at this point. That being the case... I’m going to sell it. 😂. Looks like the future has what’s called a Drag Pak in it. I wonder who might be interested in a $15,000 rear end package. 🤔 🤯

It could be the 1320 sway bar was designed with smaller wheels in mind. Isnt this pretty much a bin pull from the demon? Only other real variable that I could see having a substantial difference would be the custom spindle changing things up a bit.

A 15k dollar rear end package? Dammit son.

I know! At the risk of sounding like a flipping idiot... that’s what doing this to one of these things costs. The DSS 9” conversion is $8,000. The Complete AAD Drag suspension is $1,500. The Carlyle 15” conversion with those spindles is $2,500. The 1320 Drag spring/swaybar set is $500. The Billet Specialties wheel and tire set is $3,000. That’s over $15k! You have to be nuts to do this $hit.

Crazy info in here. I do like seeing all these pictures and options.
I personally don’t mind low 1.5’s if I’m not breaking stuff.

I have HHP shortened end links. I'll have to get with Parker at AAD and see what's up.
@Speedy! I sent my pics over to Zach @AAD (He is the one I was dealing with) just for reference, If you/ they need me to shoot any other pics(since they are on the car), just shoot me a message. I will be glad to help.

Sean

There's some concern on the other forum too or so it seems...so I pointed them this way.

I also found a user oer there with a charger 392 with full AAD hardware and bwoody links. Hoping he is able to give feedback.

Yep. Zack is who first reached out to me when I brought @DGatzby to his attention.

Now that theres more than one I'm sure they'll look into whatever they can in order to help.

That hood looks awesome & the whole car !
I am kinda surprised that you run your front tire psi that low , I was running mine at 80psi.
I have mine set to 65psi. I drive to the track about 60 minutes away is 80psi safe on the road?

You guys must be running radials with that high of tire pressure. I run my M&H's at 35psi

Just for informational purposes...

...what WOULD be a good starting pressure on 315/50/17 ET R's?

I never even checked them before I burnt the stickers off in front of my house. Lol

Depends on track prep, if good, for me.
Track - 22
Street - 30
